Oppgjørspartner AS · Org.nr. 996 291 413

Your privacy matters to Oppgjørspartner AS, and we are committed to protecting the integrity, availability and confidentiality of personal data. All processing of personal data at Oppgjørspartner AS follows the privacy legislation in force at any time, including the GDPR and the Norwegian Personal Data Act.

This statement explains which personal data is collected, how it is collected and what rights you have if personal data about you is registered with us.

Controller

The managing director of Oppgjørspartner AS has overall responsibility for the processing of personal data carried out by Oppgjørspartner AS.

How we process personal data

Oppgjørspartner AS only processes personal data in connection with real estate settlements on behalf of brokerages.

How long do we keep your data?

Personal data is not kept longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing or our statutory obligations. For example, the Real Estate Agency Regulations require us to keep all documents received or prepared in connection with each assignment for ten years.

We continuously return completed cases to the brokerages so they can meet their statutory archiving obligation. This takes place directly in the brokerages’ own systems, so Oppgjørspartner AS does not store personal data beyond what the law requires (journals).

Do others get access to your data?

We only share your personal data with mortgagees/banks, property managers and similar parties connected to the settlement of the transaction through the brokerage you used — and otherwise only where there is a legal basis.

Beyond this, we will not share your personal data with other businesses unless you consent.

Data processors

Oppgjørspartner AS has no data processing agreement with any business processing personal data on our behalf.

Where is your data stored?

Personal data processed by Oppgjørspartner AS is stored directly in the system your agent uses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to restrict or object to processing concerning you, and the right to data portability. You may withdraw any consent at any time.

You also have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that has legal effects for you or similarly significantly affects you.

Questions or requests for access to data registered about you can be directed to the brokerage you used.

If you believe we process personal data in breach of the law, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet (post@datatilsynet.no).
